Brian Nestor is an associate in the Las Vegas office, where his practice focuses on civil litigation. He earned his J.D. from the Pepperdine School of Law in 2011. Additionally, while earning his J.D., Mr. Nestor earned his Masters in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. While attending Pepperdine, Brian worked for Warner Music Group in the Licensing Department; interned for the General Counsel of National Geographic Films; served as a mediator for small claims in the Superior Court of California, Court of Los Angeles; and published a law journal article focusing on the music industry. Prior to law school, Mr. Nestor graduated magna cum laude with B.A. in Political Science, along with University and Departmental Honors from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Prior to joining LGC, Mr. Nestor worked as a plaintiff’s attorney for Henness and Haight handling both pre-litigation and litigation cases. Mr. Nestor has also been an associate attorney with The Clarkson Law Group, P.C. ,serving as corporate and litigation counsel to numerous homeowners’ associations across Nevada. Mr. Nestor also served as an attorney with Connaghan Newberry focusing on real estate and business litigation. Brian also has experience in the area of cyberspace law, serving as an associate and general counsel. Prior to entering private practice, Brian interned for the Honorable Linda Marie Bell in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County.
