Brittni Bailus is an associate in the Las Vegas office, where her practice focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and construction defect.
Ms. Bailus earned her J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law in 2015 and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 2012. While in law school, Ms. Bailus externed for the Honorable Michael A. Cherry, Chief Justice for the Nevada Supreme Court in Carson City, Nevada. After law school Ms. Bailus clerked for the Honorable Ronald J. Israel, District Court Judge for the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County, Nevada.
