A San Diego native, Jessica Rowland is an attorney in LGC’s San Diego office, where her broad civil litigation practice focuses on premises liability, personal injury, product liability, insurance coverage, business/corporate, and contract disputes in both state and federal courts. Ms. Rowland advises clients on negotiation and administration of commercial leases and contracts, and development, analysis, and negotiation of consulting and non-disclosure agreements.
Ms. Rowland graduated from the University of San Diego in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and extended coursework in Mathematics. After completing three years of corporate employment in statistical analysis and financial aid management, Ms. Rowland pursued her legal education at the University Of San Diego School Of Law, graduating in 1989. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the bar of the United States Supreme Court and is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of California and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
