Ms. Colihan is an associate in our California office. Ms. Colihan joined the firm in 2007. She has been practicing estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law, and civil litigation since 2004. She completed her bachelor degree at the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1999. While at the UCSB she was a member of the soccer team. Ms. Colihan received her law degree from University of San Diego. Currently, she is a member of the California State Bar and the San Diego County Bar Association – Trusts & Estates Section. Ms. Colihan writes and blogs about estate planning, probate, and trust administration issues for the firm newsletter and website. Ms. Colihan also conducts presentations and seminars for various groups on similar topics.
