Katie Brach is a partner in our San Diego office. Her practice focuses mostly on defense of developers and general contractors in complex civil litigation, including construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, bad faith, and contract disputes. In addition, Ms. Brach advises contractor and developer clients on preventive construction practices, including the drafting of contracts, the purchasing of insurance, contract negotiations and coverage issues. Ms. Brach also has experience representing good-faith purchasers in title disputes involving fraudulent sales or transfers of vehicles, RVs, vessels, and other real and personal property.
Ms. Brach received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she competed nationally on the University of San Diego Mock Trial Team. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from The George Washington University in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Geosciences. She was named to Super Lawyers’ list of Rising Stars for 2018, a distinction given to the top 2.5% of attorneys under 40 years old.
