James Lanham is an associate in LGC’s San Diego office. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2023 with a concentration in criminal law and his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science with a minor in International Migration Studies from University of California San Diego in 2018 as a first-generation college student. During law school, he was Lead Articles Editor of San Diego Law Review and completed externships with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also earned the Pro Bono Service Recognition award by completing over 100 hours of pro bono service at the University of San Diego’s Civil Clinic.
Mr. Lanham represents private and public entities as well as individuals in products liability, premises liability, subrogation, and other personal injury and property damage cases. He also handles disputes involving insurance coverage, breach of contract, construction defects, and landlord-tenant matters.
