LGC partner Shannon Splaine has been selected as a speaker for the Southwest Construction Defect & Dispute Conference.  The conference, which takes place on April 15 in Las Vegas, Nevada, focuses on recent trends and emerging issues in construction defect litigation.  Shannon's presentation, entitled "What’s New in Chapter 40, a Brief Glimpse of Recent Decisions by the Supreme Court," will focus on significant developments related to Nevada's pre-litigation statutes.
